Prevention is the primary tool for remaining healthy and well during the cold and flu season.  Supporting your immune system before you get sick makes it easier for your body to defend itself from anything you might come into contact.  Precaution is our term for stepping up our "defense" whenever we feel we might be more vulnerable to illness such as coming into contact with potentially ill people, increased stress, or a lack of sleep.  We will increase dosage temporarily as a precautionary measure to ensure our immune system is running optimally.  If you do get sick, there may be some supplements that can help with Symptom reduce the severity and duration of symptoms while you recover.
