Here's our Return Policy...
- We want you to be happy so that is always our starting point.
- If we make a mistake, we will fix it. (It happens!)
- We will replace any product that is damaged during shipment. We may require some proof of damage such as an email photo or text.
- You may return any unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipment but we will refund the full value of the product.
- Any other requests for refund must be submitted in writing to us for consideration. Some of our manufacturers have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we will do our best to honor those promises.
